Execute and monitor the brand marketing plan and brand campaign initiatives to ensure alignment with objectives and achievement of targeted results.
Prepare and manage brand and marketing tools to support product and brand marketing activities.
Conduct market trend research, identify consumer needs, and analyze product pain points.
Support the development, monitoring, and management of both new and existing products.
Deliver training sessions to internal teams to ensure sustainable brand and product growth.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure all brand and product marketing plans are executed effectively.
Prepare regular weekly and monthly progress reports on marketing activities, product development initiatives, and achievement milestones.

Kualifikasi
Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business, Marketing, or Communication (preferred).
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar or relevant role.
Able to contribute ideas for new product development, manage existing product portfolios, and conduct product analysis.
Strong capability in analyzing market trends, competitors, consumer insights, and business opportunities.
Able to contribute to brand planning, promotional materials, and creative marketing strategies (promotion mix).
Has strong sensitivity toward fragrance profiles, raw materials, product aesthetics, and packaging techniques.
Target-oriented with strong focus on brand development, product launches, and sales performance.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both internally and externally.
Able to work under pressure and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
High initiative, proactive mindset, and strong problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented and experienced in tracking and monitoring project progress.
